ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / RECEPTION
Your Opportunity:
As a team member you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration/operation of the front desk duties, including preparing documentation for outgoing correspondence, as well as a variety job tasks performed to assist our production team. The position includes filtering incoming requests, tracking same in a daily log, and tracking their completion. Since this position is the main point of contact for all administrative requests it must liaise with the Project Engineering Team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer-oriented front-line services. Problem solve and prioritizes needs with project managers following established process and protocols. Respond to on demand and scheduled requests from the production team. Maintain accurate files and records, and files electronic paperwork, provide routine reports as requested. Manage exception reports, identify errors, take corrective action and make appropriate adjustments as required.
Description:
As an Administrative Support, you will be required to have advanced administrative skills with Microsoft Office Application programs (Word, OneNote, Outlook, Excel, Teams and One Drive).
Required Qualifications:
Some post-secondary education/training, knowledge of the engineering | construction industry is an asset.
Additional Required Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:
We are an approved COR (Certificate of Recognition) Occupational and Health and Safety Program, some experience in working with Health and Safety standards is preferred.
